from $50.00

Tuesday, July 28, 2026
7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

New Canaan Nature Center
144 Oenoke Ridge, New Canaan, CT 06840

Join us for a fun summer evening of open play Mahjong for a great cause! Gather with friends and fellow players for a relaxing night of Mahjong outdoors under the stars (weather permitting; otherwise, play will move indoors).

Enjoy light snacks and soft beverages while playing in a beautiful, peaceful setting and supporting an important community initiative. 50% of event profits will be donated directly to the Community Mindfulness Project, which provides accessible mindfulness training in under-resourced communities to promote a healthier Fairfield County.

The Mahj Co. will provide all Mahjong tiles, mats and racks for open play. Players are asked to bring their own NMJL card. A limited number of cards will be available to borrow on a first-come, first-served basis.

Regular tickets are for experienced players who can confidently play Mahjong independently.

Guided Play tickets are for individuals who have played Mahjong a few times before this event (i.e. are familiar with the tiles and NMJL card), but still need some light assistance with rules/strategy from instructors at the event.

Ticket Policy: Tickets are transferable but non-refundable.
